HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR POSTAGE AND HANDLING? 

All our initial prices shown on the site include free shipping worldwide. However, this may take upto 3 weeks (5-10 business days) for your order to arrive and may provide limited tracking details depending on information given from the EMS postal service in Seoul. 

We strongly recommend that you select the express shipping option for full tracking service and prompt delivery. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS FROM? 

All JSK products are shipped from Seoul, South Korea and Susu products from Sydney, Australia. 

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU ACCEPT? 

We accept every currency offered by paypal. All our items are in Australian dollars (aud). Paypal will automatically convert your local currency to the current exchange rate. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? 

All orders are shipped within 1 business days from the date you place your order. Depending on the shipping options you have selected; for standard shipping it takes 5-10 business days, for express shipping it takes 3-5 business days. We highly recommend that you order with express shipping to ensure that your item arrives safe and promptly. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? 

We only accept returns on Susu products Unfortunately, as JSK products are classified as stationary items we don't accept returns. Please contact us via the contact from within 3 days of receiving your item for full refund.
